CONCEPT

In memory of Ngau Tau Kok Estate which was demolished in 2004.

I took bundles of picture of this housing estate before and after painting of external wall.  Before it was painted, green plastic net covered all the windows and openings.  That created an interesting point that I realised such renovation work.  Therefore, I compare their outlook before and after wall painting.
